Old news now, but I released blossom man, my first EP, earlier this year. It’s a collection of 8 songs I wrote and produced between July 2024 and April 2025.

Blossom man is, at least to me, about growing into adulthood during the pandemic. It reflects the strange blend of isolation and deep emotional attachment I experienced, shaped by the few consistent people in my life at the time. It’s about dreams bleeding into real life, all of the fuzziness between sleeping and waking, thinking and feeling.

Since releasing it, the laptop I used to make the EP has unfortunately died. It’s the same one I use for school, so getting it fixed is a top priority—but in the meantime, music’s been a bit on pause. I’ve been recording rough demos on my phone and trying to get the hang of Ardour on my Linux setup. After months of learning Logic Pro X, it’s a little disorienting to switch back to something without the feature comforts I had with Logic, but alas.

That said, I’ve still got some demos and covers in the works, and I’m hoping to be back in full swing soon, either when I get a new Macbook or when the Linux workflow starts feeling more natural. Until then, thanks for listening, and I hope blossom man resonates with you like it did with me.
